All of Lilly's favorite things to do....

We went to the Kodak Therater in LA and a guy walked up to her with a parot and she loved it.

She thought the parot was a baby, the parot actually laid on it's back like a baby and let her do it.

She loves watching Eddie drive at his autocross events. She knows the sound of his car from a mile away. Everytime he comes home, she hears the car and runs to the window saying "DA DA"

She likes carrying around the potty that Grandma D gave her. She always wants to be naked while playing with it

I am teaching her how to skate. She likes it but after awhile she gets scared. She's gonna be like mommy.

The Flu

Everyone in our house got sick with the flu. First Elena, then Lilly, then Eddie and then me and Alicia. It was horrible. Everyone had fevers, Lilly was throwing up everywhere, she couldnt eat. She lost 6 pounds. Everyone is find now, just coughing every now and then.

New Car!

We have a friend that works for a car shop and is always coming across good deals on cars. So, I asked him if he can find me a car for $400.00 and he said yes. He has been looking and hasnt came across anything yet for $400.00. Yesterday, we went to go see him at the shop because he wanted to show me a car he found for me. It is a 1992 Nissan 240sx, red, kinda bad paint job, ugly interior, messed up back seat, missing some things on the inside and the trunk doesnt latch for $1000.00. I was kinda sad because i expected it to be a little nicer. So, i talked to him about it and he told me he will give me a newer back seat for Lilly, fix the trunk and the inside and Eddie can fix the exterior at school. All for free!!! I wont have to pay extra to make it nicer. Which means I am getting a car :) I am not sure when but I am very excited to have my own freedom from being in the house all day every day.

Remidies

I did some research on remedies for babies with coughs under the age of 2 and i found out something really interesting. Dark chocolate is suppose to sooth the throat. So, we went to get 75% dark chocolate to see if it really works. Im not sure if it does work a lot but, it does work a little and it also makes her really hyper. She loves it so much that we had to hide it.

Cough! Cough!

A baby with a cough is a horrible thing. You cant give them any medicine for it and there is really nothing that can make it better. Lilly has a cough and has had it for about almost 3 weeks on and off. It's been hard sleeping for both of us and the coughing makes her throw up all over her blankets and her "BAAAR" which is her bear that she has to have with her 24/7. We have washed a lot of blankets and clothes and her BAAAR at least 4 times each in the past 3 weeks. I hope she gets over this cough.
